Shipping policy
We ship to the entire United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time due to the nature of our products.
Individual Orders: 3-7 business days + USPS shipping time.
Wholesale Orders: 5-14 business days + USPS shipping time.
Please note that orders only ship from Monday - Wednesday to prevent melting during shipping.
Purchasing from Naked Luxuries indicates you agree with all shipping policies.
We understand how frustrating this can be. If this occurs, we can file a missing package request at your request. This usually gets your order moving along within a few days.
If this occurs, contact your local post office with your tracking information to obtain the time and place the package was delivered. You may also request a GPS location of where your package was delivered.
If you still do not know the whereabouts of your package after taking these steps, please contact your local police department and file a missing mail report. Then contact us at the website chat or at support@nakedluxuries.com with the report number. Once the report has been verified, we will gladly discuss replacement options.
Naked Luxuries Cosmetics assures your tracking with each order and updates as your orders are being packaged. We take pride in packaging your orders with the utmost care and love, but once the order is shipped WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES.
Due to the extremely hot summer weather and our use of all-natural butters, your product may melt. This is not an issue! Just place it in the refrigerator or freezer for 15-30 minutes. You can even whip it back up afterward!
The integrity and benefits of this butter will still be perfectly fine, but try to retrieve your product from outside as soon as possible.
Returns and exchanges
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR REFUNDS DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS.
Please contact us immediately at support@nakedluxuries.com if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. ANY CANCELLATIONS AFTER 24 HOURS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

We pride ourselves on sourcing all of our products from reputable vendors that share the same values as we do. Our ingredients are derived from natural sources such as plants, including our preservatives.
You can rest assured that our products are cruelty-free and have no added parabens, sulfates, mineral oils, silicones, phthalates, or gluten. As a result, the average shelf life of our products is 6-12 months.
We pride ourselves on keeping all our products high-quality and all-natural. While we avoid synthetic ingredients to the best of our ability and most products are naturally plant-based as a result, we can not guarantee that all products are vegan.

Hello. This is Alexis, the founder, formulator, and owner of Naked Luxuries Cosmetics. I wanted to personally greet you and tell you about the origin of my company as well as what it has to offer you.
Company Origin
I personally have dealt with thyroid and hormonal issues beginning in my late teens that initially wreaked havoc on my skin and caused weight gain, leading to stretch marks, dark patches, dry skin, and more. Dealing with these issues was difficult enough without my skin causing me to feel self-conscious and neglect my own self-care. Upon researching, I realized that most solutions offered were not only expensive, but the harmful chemicals that get absorbed into the skin cause more damage and disrupt your hormones and bodily systems.
So I made the decision to make my own products for my issues. As I made products and saw them working, my desire grew to help others who deal with the same issues to improve their skin and regain their self-confidence and health.
Research and formulation classes gave me the knowledge and expertise to formulate natural products that will alleviate common skin issues without harmful chemicals and without breaking the bank. Finally, I was able to provide products that would help others. And so Naked Luxuries was born!
